Terms of Service

These Terms describe the agreement between you and Cozy Home Massage KL when you book or use our outcall massage services in Kuala Lumpur.

1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a session, contacting us via WhatsApp, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Nature of the service

Cozy Home Massage KL provides strictly therapeutic, non-sexual outcall massage services performed by a trained female therapist. Treatments include Relaxing, Deep Tissue, Traditional, Foot, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Body Scrub, and tailored custom sessions on request.

Inappropriate behaviour, suggestive language, or requests for sexual services will result in immediate termination of the session and a full charge for the booked time. The therapist reserves the absolute right to leave at any moment if she feels unsafe or disrespected.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.
  • You must have authority to receive guests at the address provided.
  • You must disclose any medical conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

4. Bookings, pricing, and payment

  • Bookings are made via WhatsApp at +60 18-961 1728 and confirmed by us with the arrival time.
  • Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Standard massage (Relaxing, Traditional, Aromatherapy, Balinese): RM130 / 60 min, RM195 / 90 min, RM240 / 120 min. Traditional / Deep Tissue: RM170 / 60 min, RM230 / 90 min, RM300 / 120 min. Body Scrub: RM70 / 30 min.
  • A transportation fee applies on top of every booking. The exact transportation cost will be discussed and calculated directly via WhatsApp based on your location.
  • Payment is due in full at the end of the session by cash or TNG (Touch 'n Go) e-wallet. No deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  • Operating hours are daily from 09:00 AM to 01:00 AM. Bookings outside these hours cannot be accepted.
  • Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations and reschedules are free with at least 1 hour notice before the agreed start time.
  • Late cancellations after the therapist has departed for your address may incur a fee equal to 30% of the booked service, plus the transportation fee.
  • If the therapist arrives and is unable to enter the address or cannot start within 15 minutes, the session may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

6. Health and safety

Massage is generally safe but is not a substitute for medical care. Please tell us in advance if any of the following apply:

  • Pregnancy or recent childbirth.
  • Recent surgery, fractures, or open wounds.
  • Cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Skin infections or contagious illness.
  • Known allergies to massage oils or fragrances.

We may decline a session if we believe it is not safe to proceed. If you feel unwell during a treatment, ask the therapist to stop immediately.

7. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Provide a clean, safe, and quiet space for the session.
  • Treat the therapist with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Ensure that anyone else present in the home is aware of and comfortable with the session.
  • Do not photograph or record the therapist without explicit permission.

8. Service area

We serve all over Kuala Lumpur — including KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Ampang, Seputeh, Gombak, Damansara Heights, Bangsar South, Damansara Utama, Segambut, Bukit Tunku (Kenny Hills), Brickfields / KL Sentral, Petaling Jaya, Titiwangsa, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), and Melawati. We currently do not travel outside Kuala Lumpur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cozy Home Massage KL, its therapist, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, the Cozy name, and logo — is owned by Cozy Home Massage KL or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
