1. Who we are
Cozy Home Massage (“Cozy”, “we”, “us”) provides outcall therapeutic massage services across Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All bookings and enquiries are handled through WhatsApp on +60 11-1619 9677. We do not currently use email — please reach us via WhatsApp for any request.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your booking and communicate with you. This includes:
- Contact details — your name and phone number for WhatsApp communication.
- Booking details — service requested (Relaxing, Deep Tissue, Traditional, Foot, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Body Scrub, or a custom session), date, time, duration, and the address in Kuala Lumpur where the session will take place.
- Health-relevant notes — any allergies, injuries, or conditions you choose to share so the therapist can adjust the session safely.
- Payment confirmation — we accept cash or TNG (Touch 'n Go) e-wallet on completion of the session. We do not store card data.
- Website usage — anonymous analytics such as page views and approximate location, collected via cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule, and deliver your booking.
- To respond to your WhatsApp messages and follow up after a session.
- To improve our service quality, therapist matching, and safety procedures.
- To comply with applicable Malaysian laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only on a need-to-know basis with:
- Your assigned therapist — first name, address, and any relevant notes for the session.
- Service providers — for example, WhatsApp Business for messaging, hosting providers, and analytics tools, each bound by their own privacy obligations.
- Authorities — only when legally required by a court order or law enforcement request.
5. How long we keep your information
Booking records are retained for up to 24 months for safety, accounting, and dispute purposes. WhatsApp conversations may remain in the WhatsApp Business app per its standard retention. You can request deletion at any time via WhatsApp.
6. Your rights
Under the Malaysian PDPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including limited staff access and encrypted communication channels. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. For material changes we will give reasonable notice on this page.
